I am a counsellor and psychotherapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other approaches.  You may be facing a difficult situation or relationship, struggling with a reco鈥�

I am a person centred counsellor with a good deal of post qualification experience and training. I trained as a counsellor to gain a deeper understanding of the problems that people were approaching me with when I worked in frontline services. I qual鈥�

Life is complicated and we all need help from time to time.  Why do I feel like this? Anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and other forms of mental health that we struggle with do not appear in a vacuum. How we are feeling is a symptom of what has h鈥�
