Hello my name is Julie and I am a registered member of the 网爆门. I offer counselling to adults and children in person and online. I have been welcoming clients to my private practice since 2023. Prior to my counselling work I worked in education with鈥�

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapist and Individual Counsellor. I have over 15 year experience working with all ages providing support to those with emotional and mental health difficulties 10 of tho鈥�

My Counselling approach will guide you with the greatest of care, respect and understanding, helping you understand what it is that may be affecting you and negotiating a healthier way to deal with it. I work psycho-dynamically; looking at the bigger鈥�

When thoughts and feelings get too much, we can lose sight of ourselves. I aim to meet you where you are and look together at what鈥檚 happening for you, and perhaps make changes based on what you find.

Searching for a therapist can feel daunting, I can remember when I had to do it for myself.  Before my time as a counsellor, I was a business owner for 24 years and run a flower shop. As a qualified level 5 counsellor, I bring a warm down to earth ap鈥�

I am a skilled Counsellor specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counseling Supervision. With a Bachelor's degree in CBT, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Level 7 Postgraduate qualification in Counselling Supervision, I am dedicated t鈥�
