Many therapists feel a quiet longing to bring more of their spiritual self into the work, but find themselves navigating doubt, fear, or a lack of clarity on how to begin. Whether shaped by stigma, uncertainty about ethics, or the sense that this part of you might not belong in clinical spaces, this experience is often deeply personal.
This reflective session invites practitioners into a gentle and collaborative space to explore the integration of spirituality in therapeutic practice. Together, we will consider the questions that arise when we bring the sacred into our clinical work:
- What parts of our spiritual selves do we hold back?
- How do we navigate the line between presence and professionalism?
- Where do ethics support us, and where might they fall short?
This is not a teaching space with fixed answers, but an invitation to return to your own wisdom. You'll be guided through reflection prompts, group inquiry, and meaningful dialogue alongside peers who are also exploring this terrain.
