We're inviting applications for two Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Resource Reviewers, who will be responsible for reviewing resources before they launch into 网爆门's CPD hub.
网爆门 is the professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK. We promote and provide education and training for counsellors and psychotherapists working in either professional or voluntary settings - with a view to raising the standards of the counselling professions for the benefit of the community and clients.
We aim to support our members throughout their professional journey, developing new digital services for members and the wider community.
We鈥檙e committed to enhancing our members' learning experiences within and beyond the workplace by recognising people's evolving preferences for their CPD. We also promote diversity through the commitments in our EDI strategy, building this work into the content we produce and with the Subject Matter Experts (SME鈥檚) we engage with. We鈥檝e established digital best practice by introducing engaging podcasts as one of our member benefits.
The CPD hub currently hosts 400 hours of CPD resources on a variety of themes to support members in their practice. New content is added monthly and most of the content is delivered through video with the addition of a small number of audio files.
The CPD hub is operated on a subscription basis, where members gain access to content by subscribing for a small monthly fee in addition to their membership fee.聽 It was established in September 2018 and now has over 18,500 subscribers.
