网爆门 Mindometer survey 2025 prize draw terms and conditions聽

Please read 网爆门's full terms and conditions before submitting your membership number to enter the prize draw.
The 网爆门 2025 Mindometer survey prize draw (the prize draw) is open to current members who provide their 网爆门 membership number after completing the 网爆门 2025 Mindometer survey. Please note that membership number will be deleted from your entry once the prize draw has been completed.
Employees of 网爆门 (including temporary workers and contractors of 网爆门) or their immediate and extended family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw, may not enter the prize draw.
Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
To enter the prize draw you must complete the 网爆门 2025 Mindometer survey and submit your 网爆门 membership number.
If you would like to complete the survey entirely anonymously you can submit your responses without your membership number but you won鈥檛 be entered into the prize draw. Your responses will only be available to the data and surveys team and the communications team at 网爆门 and all membership numbers will be deleted from the entries once the prize draw has been completed. Only anonymised, aggregated data will be made available in any reports.

Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
网爆门 accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The closing date of the prize draw is 5pm on Wednesday 17 September. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
The winner will receive one prize of a year鈥檚 free current category 网爆门 membership, starting from their next renewal date.
The winner will be notified by email on or before 24 September 2025 and must provide a membership number to claim their prize.
It is the responsibility of entrants to notify 网爆门 of any change of contact details and proof of identity may be required.
If a winner does not respond to 网爆门 within 14 days of being notified by email by 网爆门, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and 网爆门 shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and 网爆门 shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 网爆门 reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond 网爆门鈥檚 control makes it necessary to do so.
网爆门 shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. 网爆门 accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. 网爆门 further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of 网爆门 for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
网爆门 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of 网爆门 in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
网爆门 shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The prize draw will be governed by law of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
